Ode to Pez
A short Poem By liz Jacques
I love you so much,
my dear Pez friend.
You give me more than enough,
your supply never ends.
You're always there,
whenever I need thee.
You always care,
you can always feed me.
Your array of colours,
so many styles.
Your flavours make my heart warm,
and so do your smiles.
You come as a Smurf,
a Camel, a Homer.
We shall never part,
with you I'm no loner.
A tear I shed,
as the time comes to reload..
I push back your head,
a new story unfolds.

Stay Together for the Kids A Poem By Lucy Smith
It's hadr to wake up
when the shades have been pulled shut
This house is haunted
It's so pathetic
It makes no sense at all
I'm ripe with things to say
The words rot and fall away
What stupid poem could fix this home
I'd read it everyday
Their anger hurts my ears
Been running strong for seven years
Rather than fix the problems,
they never solve them
It makes no sense at all
I see them everyday
We get along, so why can't they?
If this is what she wants
and this is what he wants
Then why is there so much pain?
